Delivery time is based on regular business days (Mon-Fri). Most in stock orders ship within 1 business day. Once your order ships from our facility you will receive an email with your tracking number. Holidays and extreme weather conditions can delay shipping/delivery times by a day or two.

I received the wrong item
Please contact our customer service department at 402-926-3479 with your order number, name, address and details on whether you have received the wrong item instead of or in addition to item/s that you did order. If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but will be credited for the incorrect item once it is received back in our fulfillment center.
Back Orders
Occasionally an item is not available at the time you place your order. The backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they arrive. They will be shipped First Class mail at no additional charge to you.
Can I ship a package to another address?
Yes, you can. Your ship-to address can be different from your billing address. (Your billing address must match your credit card given.) However, only one ship-to address can be indicated per order. For example, to send one package to your house and another package to someone else as a gift, you must place two orders, and both of these orders would have the same bill-to address.

In the event that a Designer Beads and Charms product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, designerbeadsandcharms.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. adammichael.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card had already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, adammichael.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
